Experience seamless connectivity with Free Installation on all plans and a one-time activation fee of ₱799 payable only after setup. Prepaid customers enjoy 7 days of free unlimited internet immediately upon activation before needing to load their preferred plan. How much is the installation fee?
Installation is completely FREE for both Prepaid and Postpaid plans. You only need to pay the one-time Activation Fee of ₱799, which is collected only after the installation is successfully completed.

What is the difference between the Prepaid and Postpaid Fiber plans?
Prepaid Fiber offers flexibility with no monthly bills—you simply load up when you need it. Postpaid Fiber is for continuous, heavy usage with higher speeds (up to 350 Mbps) billed monthly.

How does the Prepaid Fiber initial setup work?
Once your line is installed and the ₱799 activation fee is paid, you will automatically receive 7 days of free unlimited internet. After the free period expires, you can choose to load any of our weekly or monthly prepaid plans starting at ₱249.

When is my Postpaid bill due?
Your monthly bill is due on the same date every month, corresponding to the day your service was activated.

What happens if I miss my Postpaid payment date?
We offer a 5-day grace period from your due date. If payment is not received after these 5 days, your internet access will be temporarily disabled until the balance is settled.

Is there a data cap on your internet plans?
No. All our plans, whether Prepaid or Postpaid, come with "No Data Capping" and offer unlimited internet access with premium speeds and TV channels included.
